Driver's age

25 to 99 years.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

All renters must provide a valid photo ID such as driving license, passport or ID card. Visitors to Ireland must also provide proof of return travel and accommodation information while in Ireland.

Please note that the rental agent reserves the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organisation.

There is no charge for taking the vehicle to Northern Ireland. No vehicles rented from Alamo can be taken out of the island of Ireland. All vehicles must be returned to the territory where it was rented.
